Healing in the Trap® Reiki, Sound Baths, and Energy Healing are designed to shift the body's stress response and induce relaxation. By creating a state of relaxation, our services can help to release energetic, emotional, mental, and physical disturbances while also strengthening the immune system.

During your Healing in the Trap® Reiki, Sound Bath, Fork Tuning or Energy Healing session, you will lie fully clothed on a massage table as we use various instruments, including quartz crystal singing bowls, drums, tuning forks, and flutes, to stimulate the body and promote the release of tension.

These sessions can also help awaken your divine essence, allowing you deeper understanding of yourself and your desires.

Reiki Therapy is a hands-on natural form of healing using universal life force energy. The term comes from the Japanese words “rei,” meaning universal, and “ki,” which means vital life force energy that flows through all living things. Reiki is a gentle spiritually-guided energy that is not tied to any specific religion or nationality.

Reiki is a gentle and can help alleviate a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual issues. By balancing your energy, Reiki can promote relaxation, reduce pain and inflammation, boost immunity, and enhance overall well-being.

THIS IS FOR: If you’re just getting started and want to get a feel for how reiki works before committing to a more extensive package or, if you’ve worked with Jayla before and you’re just looking to check in.
(travel fee of $50 will be added if Jayla comes to your location)
Pricing may increase if Jayla needs to travel a long distance to your location

75-MINUTE REIKI SESSION  - $220

THIS IS FOR: If you’re just getting started and want to get a feel for how reiki works before committing to a more extensive package AND you need help with immediate resolution.
(travel fee of $50 will be added if Jayla comes to your location)
